This Manifesto sets out the crucial role mopeds, motorcycles and other powered three and light four wheeled vehicles, collectively known as powered light vehicles must play in forging a more sustainable and accessible UK transport system.
As smaller, lighter and more energy-efficient vehicles, powered light vehicles offer an alternative to single-occupancy cars and lightly laden vans, reducing emissions, alleviating congestion and enhancing air quality in urban, suburban, and rural areas.
Properly implemented, this Manifesto will revolutionise our transport network by unleashing the full potential of the powered light vehicle sector, thereby making Britain the global leader in powered light mobility.
